Terms and Conditions

1. General Information These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by GONKA LIMITED ("the Company") for the transportation of vehicles ("the Service"). By booking the Service, you ("the Customer") agree to the terms set forth herein.

2. Booking and Payments 
2.1 All bookings must be made through our official website, over the phone, or via email.
2.2 A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total cost is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to or at the time of vehicle collection.
2.3 Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other accepted payment methods.
2.4 If payment is not made on time, the Company reserves the right to cancel the booking without notice.

3. Pricing and Charges 

3.1 The transportation fee is calculated based on vehicle size and distance. Standard vehicles are charged at £1.50 per mile, while larger vehicles (e.g., vans, SUVs) are charged at £2.00 per mile.
3.2 Additional charges may apply for specific requirements such as express deliveries, non-standard locations, or difficult access points. These will be communicated to the Customer before confirming the booking.

4. Vehicle Condition

 4.1 The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the vehicle is in a safe, operable condition for transport.
4.2 The vehicle must have no illegal items, hazardous materials, or personal belongings inside. The Company is not liable for any loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.
4.3 The Customer agrees to provide any necessary keys, access codes, or instructions for the vehicle.

5. Liability and Insurance 

5.1 The Company will take all reasonable precautions to protect the Customer’s vehicle during transportation.
5.2 The vehicle is covered by the Company’s insurance policy during transit, which covers damage due to accidents or other unforeseen events. The Customer may request details of this insurance coverage upon booking.
5.3 The Company is not liable for any damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, mechanical failures, or acts of nature (e.g., floods, storms).

6. Delivery and Collection

 6.1 The Company will make every effort to deliver the vehicle within the agreed timeframe. However, delivery times are subject to factors outside our control, including traffic, weather, and road conditions.
6.2 The Customer is responsible for being present, or appointing a representative, at the time of collection and delivery of the vehicle. If the Customer or representative is not available, additional charges may apply for rescheduling.
6.3 Upon delivery, the Customer or their representative must inspect the vehicle and sign the delivery receipt. Any damage must be reported immediately. Failure to inspect the vehicle or report damage at the time of delivery may invalidate any claims.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

 7.1 Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled collection date will be refunded.
7.2 Cancellations made less than 3 days before the scheduled collection date will not be eligible for a refund.
7.3 In the event of a cancellation by the Company due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued, including the deposit.

8. Force Majeure The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in providing the Service due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, or government restrictions.

9. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Country/State]. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United Kingdom.
